About this calculator
This is not a statistics package. It answers “what is 12% of NPR 2,500?”, “what percent is 36 of 40 marks?”, and “what is the percent change from last month’s bill.”
Percent-of vs percent-change are different (a 10% fall then 10% rise does not return you to start). For GST/VAT amounts use the VAT tool so tax-inclusive logic stays explicit.
