About this calculator

Sand is ordered in cubic metres or truck trips, with monsoon moisture changing yield. This calculator takes mix parts and a parent volume (concrete or mortar) and returns sand quantity with wastage.

River sand vs crusher sand bulk differently. Confirm truck measurement practice with the supplier (heap vs box) so “5 m³” means the same on both sides of the call.
